Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Milestone-Based Project Delivery

Because Codevynex delivers custom engineering services in structured Agile milestones with client demonstration and acceptance sign-offs, payments for approved and delivered milestone deliverables are non-refundable.

2. Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel ongoing projects with a 14-day written notice. Any unutilized retainers or uncommenced milestones will be refunded pro-rata minus incurred engineering hours.

3. Quality Guarantee & Warranty Period

All delivered solutions come with a 30 to 90-day bug warranty during which any code discrepancies deviating from the approved Statement of Work are resolved at zero additional charge.
