What is your typical project onboarding & kickoff timeline?
Following our discovery call and technical scoping sign-off, we assemble and onboard your dedicated engineering squad within 5–7 business days, setting up Jira boards, GitHub repositories, and staging environments immediately.
Who owns the intellectual property (IP) and source code?
You do! 100% of all code, design assets, database schemas, architectural diagrams, and documentation produced by Codevynex belong completely and exclusively to your company upon milestone completion.
How do we communicate and track day-to-day progress?
We integrate directly into your workflow via a shared Slack/Discord channel, weekly video sprint demos, daily asynchronous standups, and transparent Jira/Linear boards.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance and post-launch SLAs?
Yes. All custom software projects include a standard 30–90 day post-launch warranty, with optional dedicated 24/7 SRE monitoring, automated backups, and continuous feature development retainers.
What payment terms and billing structures do you offer?
We support milestone-based fixed price contracts (typically 30% upfront, 40% mid-milestone, 30% upon UAT sign-off) as well as monthly dedicated engineering squad retainers billed bi-weekly via wire transfer, ACH, or credit card.
